Dell Technologies recently conducted a survey asking businesses about their experience in remote/distributed workforce. The results we found were astonishing. Businesses reported a 67% increase in productivity and a 75% rise in remote employee empowerment. Moreover, 57% of enterprises today are planning to reinvest in technology upgrades.2


    Hybrid and remote work as a business model is here to stay but it has raised new challenges in the workspace. According to the Remote Work Readiness Index, India survey conducted in December 2020, we found out that though 90% of the employees are keen on working remotely, only 68% feel that their employers are providing them with the right technology and tools to support remote work.3
