Coming at Par with Excellence…My Story.

Colin Powell once said, “If you are going to achieve excellence in big things, you develop the habit in little matters. Excellence is not an exception, it is a prevailing attitude.” Indeed, excellence is not only about being the best. Rather it is an ongoing habit of striving for betterment in whatever we do. No one is born with excellence. Rather, we need to cultivate and nurture excellence over a period through hard work and dedication. And it is an outcome of our passion, along with a steady performance. 

Thriving on this very vision, we, at India COE, have set our path for engineering excellence, path-breaking innovations, and an empowering work culture. And for good reasons, too. Since digitalization is increasingly getting integrated into our everyday life, technology is undergoing a sea change. And the pace of this change is so immense that time has come for us to embrace the right ecosystem of technologies to keep alive our passion for excellence in whatever we do. I always swear by the fact that our efforts to drive true value hinge much on our capability to gain agility and align ourselves with the evolving market dynamics. Probably, this is the reason we, at COE, keep focusing on reskilling talent, enhancing process efficiencies, and using technology for human progress. 

During my decade-long association with COE, I put my heart and soul to scale and evolve the COE by accelerating local innovations through customer engagement and building products and service offerings for emerging markets. The journey I commenced at COE wasn’t that smooth sailing with unprecedented twists and turns coming en route. However, I had the courage to take every challenge head on. 

Now, when I look back, I feel the learning I gained while traversing this challenging, yet exciting path was nothing less than extraordinary. And ultimately, banking on these learning and experiences, I was able to make my work at par with the excellence that we, at Dell EMC COE, strive to impart through path-breaking innovations.
